If you’re considering joining group therapy, reaching out is the first step toward finding the support and understanding you deserve. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to connect with others who face similar challenges, allowing you to share your story, gain new perspectives, and feel less isolated in your journey. Whether you’re navigating caregiving, grief, stress, or emotional transitions, the power of community can be incredibly healing. What’s Love Got to do with it?

A weekly open-ended group for adults struggling with relationships with their parents. Feeling obligated to stay connected to toxic or maladaptive parents because they are family? Parents who have been emotionally unavailable, emotionally or physically negligent, harsh, disrespectful, or abusive? Why treat yourself as they have treated you? Want to stay connected? Learn how to do so on your terms. Want to sever ties without guilt? Learn how to free yourself. Depending on the participant’s availability, this group is tentatively scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday or evening. Following each group session, you will be given a superbill for any insurance reimbursement.

The fee per group is $85 per person.

A weekly open-ended group for couples. Bring your relationship to a different level. Communication is more than listening to and understanding each other. It is deepening a bond that leads to a more fulfilling relationship. There doesn’t have to be an agreement. There needs to be respect for individuality while connecting as a couple. Please join me as we close gaps, build bridges, and change your relationship. Depending on the participant’s availability, this group is tentatively scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday or evening. Following each group session, you will be given a superbill for any insurance reimbursement.

The fee per group is $125 per couple.

Support Group for Caregivers and Loved Ones of the Terminally Ill

Caring for someone with a terminal or incurable illness can be emotionally overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. Our weekly therapy group offers a compassionate space for caregivers, partners, and family members to process grief, share experiences, and receive support from others who truly understand. Together, we explore the complex emotions that arise—anticipatory loss, guilt, love, and resilience—and help each other find moments of strength and connection amidst the pain. You don’t have to go through this alone.

The fee per group is $60 per person.

Group Therapy for Adults with Aging Parents

This supportive therapy group is designed for adults navigating the complex emotional landscape of caring for aging parents. Whether you are actively caregiving, coping with the decline or loss of a parent, or working through unresolved dynamics from the past, this weekly group offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to process your experiences. Together, we’ll explore the challenges of shifting roles, anticipatory grief, guilt, resentment, and the stress of balancing your own life while caring for a parent. Led by an experienced therapist, the group will incorporate guided discussions, emotional support, and practical strategies to help you build resilience, improve communication, and find meaning and connection during this phase of life. You are not alone—join others who understand what you’re going through and want to heal and grow together.

The fee per group is $60 per person.
